Is my shipping time affected by COVID-19?
Due to COVID-19 and high volume, your order might take a little longer to process. But we’re working hard to get your items to you. You can expect your package to ship within 7-10 business days. We also implemented health and safety measures in our fulfillment center that in some cases result in fewer people than usual processing orders at one time. What if my order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
Are there any discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, there are!
Almost all of our products are eligible for bulk discounts, with the exception of some recently added products, and the Gildan 64000—its budget-friendly price already makes this t-shirt perfect for ordering in bulk.
What you should know:
- You’re eligible for a discount if you order at least 25 of the same product. Feel free to mix product sizes, colors, and designs!
- The discount is applied automatically at checkout, and only to product prices. It can’t be combined with other discounts (e.g. volume discounts).
- The % off depends on the product and the amount you order—the bigger the order, the greater the discount.
What if my product is damaged in the mail?
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
How are returns handled?
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.
If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, this would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.
If the item is returned to our facility, someone from our team will contact you regarding the return. We will ship the return back to you; however, you will be responsible for the shipping cost a second time. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
Why did my transaction fail?
Don’t worry! It happens sometimes. Transactions can fail for several reasons. Sometimes you can guess why it was declined based on the response code, but only your credit card issuer or financial institution can confirm the specific reason, so your best bet is to get in touch with them.
These are the usual culprits for credit cards:
- Incorrect credit card number or expiration date
- Insufficient funds
- If you’re outside of the US, some credit card companies will reject international charges as an anti-fraud measure.
- If you see a message that says “Processor Network Unavailable,” it could indicate a glitch with the back-end processing network. Try the transaction again.
These are the usual culprits for PayPal payments:

Do you charge per color for t-shirt printing?
No! We print using the direct-to-garment method, which means there is no extra charge for additional colors. You can have an unlimited amount of colors for your t-shirt printing needs.
How are your products packaged for shipment?
Because of the variety of products we fulfill, we package each item based on dimension requirements to ensure protection during shipment.
Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell?
When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual – it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it’s not permanent.
Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.
The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash. If the discoloration is noticeable, the quality control team will include a card explaining that it’s from the fixation agent.
What type of ink do you use?
We use genuine Brother GT-3, water based pigment inks. GT-3 inks are CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on youth/children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. Also, GT-3 inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4..
What technology is used to print on t-shirts (and any fabric product)?
Our standard process is the Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing. That means we can create photo quality prints, the amount of colors used doesn’t affect pricing, and there aren’t any order minimums. We use Kornit and Brother printers for all DTG printed garments.
How durable are DTG printed shirts compared to Screen Printed shirts?
Our experience shows us that DTG printed shirts are just as durable as screen printed shirts when it comes to washability.
